Responsible to design, implement and manage an appropriate Anti-Fraud Framework.
Maintain Fraud Incident Register.
Manage all fraud detection & prevention for an organization.
Coordinate with Internal auditor & Compliance Officer for reporting the fraud incidents to police authorities, FID, BSD & Board of Directors in a timely manner as per the standards.
Must stay current with new fraudulent activities that may breach the organization's security measures.
Understanding of risk methodologies or other complex financial risk modelling.
Design & Maintain an integrated risk framework for the organization.
Maintain a risk register based on the identified applicable laws and regulations, fraud schemes and AML considerations.
Assist in the development and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs) that are mapped to various risks to determine elevations in risk and proactively implement risk mitigation measures.
Identify emerging risks that present new regulatory, fraud, or money laundering risks.
Coordinate the collection of risk information from source systems, departments and reporting. Analyze the data and apply to various key risk areas to update the risk profile.
Conduct interview, interrogation and provide objective, fair, unbiased and timely investigation report on the allegations of fraud.
Monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities.
Assist in the execution of the corporate compliance, fraud, and risk assessments by identifying the key risks and assessing mitigating controls to determine the risk profile for the organization.
Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, retention and analysis of risk related information.
Support in managing meetings with different business units/departments to better assess the risks of market, dealing, treasury, financial & operations nature.
